JOB DESCRIPTION (Reference No. CCR Analyst)

The Dallas Morning News is looking for a Customer Care Research Analyst to work in our Customer Service Call Center. This position
is responsible for preparing statistical reports utilizing spreadsheets and database applications. This positon will utilize
spreadsheet and database applications to prepare reports relating to circualtion sales, draws and returns to present to management.

SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field will consider additional experience in lieu of education.

2 years related experience wtih spreadsheet and database software.

Ability to learn circulation and ABC terms; strong mathematical skills.
